The personal peace procedure is something that everyone should do. Within a relatively short period of time it will help you clear away the emotional charge from many unhappy memories and help make you a happier person. Many people spend years in counseling and spend thousands of dollars and still are not much happier than when they started. EFT and the personal peace procedure can make you happier in one month!
The personal peace procedure is very simple once you learn how to tap using EFT.
- Set aside a small block of time.
- Write down every memory that you can think of that bothers you in any way. Most people can come up with 50 to 100.
- Go through your list and pick the top ten. Either make a separate list or mark these ten so you know which ones they are.
- Each day tap on one memory until the negative emotion associated with it is gone. Within 30 days you will have removed 30 negative memories! You will also have removed some emotional roadblocks created by these memories.
- You can do more than one if you like. In fact, the more you do the more quickly you become a happier person.
